Delivery

• Delivery will be via Royal mail or DPD. Free standard UK delivery is 3-5 days. You can upgrade for faster delivery at a cost detailed in the cart.

• For postage outside of UK we post from the UK using Parcel Force, buyer will be responsible for any additional charges when it arrives in the country.

Returns

• I hope there is no need for a return but I recognise that everyone is different so it might not work for you in person. Please inform us of your return within 14 days of receipt of your purchase and we will email a returns label and then please ensure the parcel is returned within 14 days again. So in total please return within 28 days of receipt in the original packaging and labels intact.

• Any customised items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacture fault.

• We cannot accept returns from outside the UK, so sales outside the UK are final.

• Currently returns are paid for by the purchaser for items under £100.

• Digital products such as patterns or prints are non-refundable.

• Please consider returns have a big impact on a made to order business so please check measurements before ordering and just place an order for your size. Our designs have adjustability in mind so it is more likely they will fit for you if you check your measurements and any fit notes on the product information.
